Several IKEA representatives that work with recruitment were present and engaged in helping students learn more about the recruitment process. During the first part of the module, students learned more about the first stage of the job application process and how to structure and write their CV's and personal letters by connecting them to the specific job ad.

The following part of the module was more focused on a job interview and how the students can highlight their strengths in different ways. The career module was finalized by analyzing the different inner motivational factors that are important to take into consideration and match with the company when one is applying for a job.
