The second-year students from the Axel Johnson retail club were joined by four speakers from the Axel Johnson group. Emma Claesson, Head of HR at Axel Johnson, and Jenny Sundbäck, Head of HR at Skincity, gave their insights from their work of having screened and interviewed job applicants. The newly launched group-wide trainee program Axplore was also presented. Ludvig Strand, Analytics Translator at Axel Johnson and an alum of the RM-program talked from his point of view as a former student. The module was concluded with a Q&A-session where students had the opportunity to ask all their career-related questions.
