House of Innovation and The Garden – Center for Design and Leadership presented their annual conference, Dialogues at the Garden on December 15, 2021.

2021 edition’s format gathered four different dialogues with the following speakers:  

• Michal Gromek (Safello) & Mattia Bianchi (SSE) 

• Linda Zachrison (formerly at Ministry of Culture, Swedish Government) & Jennie Fahlström (SSE) 
• Carlamaria Tiburtini (Avio Aero, part of General Electric) & Riccardo Masiero (SSE)  
• Elizabeth Christoforetti (Graduate School of Design, Harvard University) & Roberto Verganti (SSE) 

The concept of the conference was “Reframe to Restart”, defined like this - “As we restart, we need to reframe. To design new glasses for imagining future scenarios, for envisioning novel strategic directions, for formulating more meaningful questions, for innovating the problems before actually solving them”.
