Master student at SSE receives the Global Swede Award 2018
Hanqing Jasmine He, a student enrolled in the MSc in Finance at the Stockholm School of Economics, was one of the international top students receiving the Global Swede Award 2018 at a diploma ceremony taking place at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs recently.
The Global Swede Award is given to international students who are good ambassadors for the higher education institution and for Sweden and who have distinguished themselves through creativity, entrepreneurship or innovation in their academic disciplines. The aim is to highlight international students and their importance as ambassadors for Sweden.
I’m very honored to represent Stockholm School of Economics and China for the Global Swede award this year. The award indicates the importance of inclusiveness and validates entrepreneurial endeavors that broaden the mutual understanding among different groups. I’m grateful for all the opportunities that allowed me to create positive changes and build relationships during my time at SSE. And I look forward to continuing my efforts in the future.
