Pamela Campa is an Assistant Professor of Economics at University of Calgary. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Institute for International Economic Studies at Stockholm University. Campa is also affiliated to the Dondena Gender Initiative. Her research interests are in Political Economy, Environmental Economics and Gender Economics.
Her Job Market Paper “Politico-economic Regimes and Attitudes: Female Workers under State-socialism” investigates the extent to which attitudes are affected by politico-economic regimes. Campa focuses on gender-role attitudes and female attitudes toward work, exploiting the efforts of state-socialist regimes to promote women’s economic inclusion.
