Foreign Affairs and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) has the pleasure to invite you to the
presentation of ADB’s flagship economic publication, the Asian Development Outlook 2016

The publication provides a comprehensive analysis of macroeconomic issues in developing Asia, with growth projections by country and region. This year's theme chapter is dedicated to “Asia’s Potential Growth”.
Dr. Juzhong Zhuang, ADB’s Deputy Chief Economist, will present the key findings of the report and discuss current issues such as:
- Economic prospects for developing Asia and the Pacific
- Impact of the People’s Republic of China’s slowdown on the region
- Risk of falling producer prices for growth
- Factors underlying the current decline in potential growth
- Approaches to boosting future growth potential
The presentation will be followed by an expert panel discussion. The seminar will be introduced and chaired by Torbjörn Becker, Director of SITE. Time will be available for questions from the audience.
Registration with coffee will start at 09:30, followed by the presentation at 10.00. A light lunch will be served after the seminar.
