After the Fukushima accident, which undoubtedly marks a turning point in a global perception of nuclear power, the future of nuclear power is uncertain. This question becomes especially important in view of recent developments in Ukraine, and their implications for the energy security as well as the debate on European Union climate and energy goals for 2013. Will we see the revival or the end of nuclear power?
