Welcome to the seminar "Reimaging Sustainable Development: Predicaments and Pathways” with Professor Jayati Srivastava from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi and Misum’s Ranjula Bali Swain. June 5, 10-11, in room Gunnar, Holländargatan 32.

Jayati Srivastava is Professor in International Politics at the Centre for International Politics, Organisation and Disarmament (CIPOD), School of International Studies (SIS), Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. 

Her research interests include international political economy especially legitimacy of global governance institutions, role of civil society actors in world politics, trade, environment and labour interlinkages, and international environmental politics. 

She was recipient of the Hermes Fellowship for the year 2007-08 awarded by the Fondation Maison des Sciences de l’Homme, Paris. She has also been a Visiting Professor at the Institut d’Études Politiques, Grenoble (2010), France and the Institut d’Études Politiques, Bordeaux, France (2011).
