RAMP - Rapid Acceleration Management Program
Our integration project aims to increase diversity in Swedish industry.
In 2016 SSE launched a new educational program geared towards accelerating integration of university graduates who have recently arrived in Sweden. We are open for applications for the second round, starting in 2017. Please review the eligibility criteria below:
- Be an asylum seeker (refugee) in Sweden. (You must have been granted a residency permit by the time the program starts)
- Have an academic degree
- Have relevant professional working experience
- Have a high level of proficiency in spoken and written English
Internship at a Swedish company
The greatly increased flow of refugees to Sweden places great demands on the concrete measures to be able to seize all the opportunities that the new arrivals' skills entails.
Rapid Acceleration Management Program (RAMP) is a unique opportunity for new arrivals. During one year, a selection of newly arrived university graduates is offered an intensive management training in ten weeks interspersed with an internship at a company operating in Sweden.
Increase diversity in Swedish industry
The RAMP initiative aims to increase diversity in Swedish industry and strengthen Swedish competitiveness through a more inclusive society. The second round of the program is planned to start in the fall of 2017. Behind the project are Maria Frithz Warg and Kristina Nilsson at the Stockholm School of Economics.
SSE wants to contribute to a positive development of the refugee situation. We think we do that best by providing our expertise in education and research."
