Daniel Tolstoy is a researcher affiliated with the Department of Marketing and Strategy at the Stockholm School of Economics. He is a member of the international marketing group (IMG) which studies the internationalization of firms. Daniel's research focuses on the success-factors that form the basis for business creation in international small- and medium-sized enterprises. A central notion in his current work is that entrepreneurship often is fostered in international networks which open up avenues for knowledge to be combined into innovative business solutions.
