Research
My research concerns the theoretical problem of organizing and customer relationship management. I study this empirically within the Private Banking (Wealth Management) industry. Additional affinitive areas are the Airline, Media, and Software industries, alongside marketing theory in general.

Teaching
Personal Selling and Sales Management together with Market Strategy are my two main topical fields for my teaching activities. My teaching have included lectures and/or case seminars in various contexts, such as:
