How can organizations be responsible social actors in a changing society?
What forms of socially responsible leadership do inclusive organizations embody? Several research projects in the Center address these questions by exploring the role of organizations in supporting the labour market inclusion of refugees and skilled migrants. Other research takes a relational approach and considers issues of authenticity, mindfulness and professional responsibility.
