RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPETITIVENESS – SSE'S SECOND PROGRESS REPORT TO PRME

Stockholm School of Economics became a member of PRME* in 2013 and has now submitted its second progress report. It includes an assessment of how SSE is achieving the goals it set itself to improve its education, research and outreach on issues of responsible management and sustainability in the past two years, and its goals for the coming two years.

In the report the President, Lars Strannegård, notes: “SSE’s main strategy and approach to responsible management education is to incorporate an element into each of our courses in all academic programs at all levels to expose our students to the major challenges of our lifetime.” Read the report to see how SSE has done this.

SSE’S PRME Representative, Lin Lerpold, points out: “Throughout the last two years since SSE last reported, we have started to align our research projects, education and outreach activities in terms of their connection to the Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs).”

Many more details are found in the report about how SSE is working to achieve the six Principles of PRME: purpose, values, method, research, partnership and dialogue.
