Management Seminar Series: Franziska Müller & Manuel Baeriswyl

This week will highlight how competency is valued today and how it might change in the future. Two visiting scholars will present papers, one on employability among the self-employed, one on talent management with perspectives from elite football.

PhD student Franziska Müller from the Department of Psychology, Stockholm University, will present a paper titled: “Predicting employability from movement capital in two samples of the solo-self-employed in Sweden”

PhD student Manuel Baeriswyl, Università della Svizzera italiana with the paper: “Performing Talent: Valuation Practices in Elite Youth Football” – Manuel is visiting the Department of Management and Organization and the Center for Sports and Business for two months.
