All the apartments at
Rådmansgatan contain a private bathroom and a private kitchen/kitchenette. They are all furnished. Water, heating, electricity, internet and a householder’s comprehensive insurance is included in the rent. Some of the apartments have a balcony. A TV is not included but if you bring your own there are channels you can access for free.
The furniture consists of a bed (the size differs from room to room), a table with chairs, armchairs or a sofa and a bookshelf. The following textiles are included: shower drapery (where needed), curtains, mattress cover, bed quilt and pillow. Bedlinen and towels are not provided. All the apartments have a dishwasher and a combined microwave/oven.
Smoking in the apartments is not allowed and please be aware of the fire regulations.
Free access to shared laundry facilities in the basement.
In the housing application form for accepted Master Students you can choose between the following alternatives:
A: About 20 - 33 square meter rooms with kitchenette, toilet and shower.
Rent: 8000 - 11500 SEK per month.
B: About 30 - 35 square meter rooms with kitchenette, toilet and shower.
Rent: 11000 - 12000 SEK per month.
