The apartments at Nybohovsgränd are 30 sqm with a kitchen, balcony and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The aparments are furnished and electricity, water, heating and a householder’s comprehensive insurance is included in the rent. Internet is not included in the rent.
Rent: 4850 SEK per month.
The furniture consists of a bed (normally 90*200 cm), a table with chairs, a writing desk with chair, armchair, and a bookshelf. The following textiles are included: shower drapery, curtains, mattress cover, bed quilt and pillow. Bedlinen and towels are not provided.
Smoking in the apartments is not allowed and please be aware of the fire regulations.
Sorting at source is compulsory.
