The rooms (18 sqm) have private bathrooms and access to a shared kitchen. The furniture consists of a bed, writing desk, two chairs, bookcase, ceiling lamp in the hall and curtain/shower drapery rods. You have to buy and replace the bulbs and the battery in the fire detector yourself.
The rent includes water, heating, electricity, broadband and a householder’s comprehensive insurance is included in the rent.
The following textiles are included: shower drapery, curtains, mattress cover, bed quilt and a pillow. You must bring your own bedlinen and towels.
The communal kitchen is shared by 7–10 students and all tenants in the corridor are responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and tidy.
Laundry rooms are available at Forskarbacken 5, 6, 10 and at Professorsslingan 15.
Stations for sorting at source of paper/cardboard packages, hard plastic packages, metal packages, corrugated cardboard, coloured glass, uncoloured glass, batteries, bulky refuse and newsprint are available throughout the area. Sorting at source is compulsory.
Lappis has several indoor bicycle parkings.

The rooms have telephone sockets but no phones.
Contact the Lappis Caretakers for complaints about your room (furniture, water leakage, electricity (not bulbs), temperature, noise, repairs, damages, locks).
