Johannesgatan is located very close to SSE. The building contains of both rooms and apartments. Electricity, water, heating, furniture, Internet and a householder’s comprehensive insurance is included in the rent.
The rooms are either 13-15 square meters or 8 square meters. All of them have a private bathroom. There is a shared kitchen with a large common room. The apartments differ in size between 25 square meters and 60 square meters.
The following textiles are included: shower drapery (where needed), curtains, mattress cover, bed quilt and pillow. Bed linen and towels are not provided.
Smoking in the apartments is not allowed and please be aware of the fire regulations.
Sorting at source is compulsory.
Free access to shared laundry facilities in all areas.
In the housing application form for accepted Master Students you can choose between the following alternatives:
A: About 8 square meter room with separate private toilet and shower outside the room. Shared kitchen and common room. Fridge and microwave in corridor.
Rent: 3500 SEK per month.
B: About 14 square meter room with toilet and shower. Shared kitchen and common room. Fridge and microwave in corridor.
Rent: 6500 SEK per month.
C: One room apartment with kitchenette, fridge and microwave but no oven or freezer. About 24 square meters. Access to common kitchen. Toilet and shower.
Rent: 7500 SEK per month.
D: Two room apartments, about 33 square meters, with kitchen, toilet and shower. For 1 - 2 persons.
Rent: 11000 - 12000 SEK per month.
E: Three room apartments, from 49 - 60 square meters, with kitchen/or kitchenette, toilet and shower. For 1-3 persons. Rent: approx 14500 - 16000 SEK per month.
