The Department of Finance at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) seeks to fill one or two faculty positions, subject to budgetary approval. Hiring rank is open, based upon qualifications. Appointment will be effective August 2012. The positions are open to candidates with any area of specialization in finance. We particularly encourage applications from strong candidates with specialization in asset pricing, behavioral economics or household finance.
Job Qualifications:
Candidates should have an established record of (or considerable promise for) high quality research and teaching. Applicants should have completed their Ph.D. in Finance, Economics or a related field, or be close to completion in the case of applicants for the position of Assistant Professor.

The Stockholm School of Economics is a private and independent institution located in central Stockholm recently ranked first in Europe among undergraduate finance programs. It is the premier place for undergraduate, graduate and executive education in Sweden, with a unique relationship to the Swedish business and financial community.
